Work with Me
I work across biomechanics, motor control and learning, strength and conditioning, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and applied performance science. My professional background spans university teaching and leadership, applied research, and real-world athlete and movement analysis, with a particular focus on lower-limb function, tissue loading and adaptation, injury risk, rehabilitation, and performance development.
My work is grounded in contemporary movement science, including dynamical systems theory and constraints-led approaches, and is shaped by a strong interest in how movement variability, task design, and feedback can be used to improve both performance and rehabilitation outcomes. I also work in emerging areas of human movement technology, including athlete monitoring, movement tracking, ligament health/loading, PoseAI, and virtual reality-based applications.
I support coaches, clinicians, athletes, and organisations through evidence-informed consultation, testing, program design, education, and research collaboration.
